With deep roots in agriculture and a commitment to excellence, we ensure that every shipment meets international standards of quality, taste, and reliability.

As we deal in perishable and agricultural products, returns are handled with special care. Our return policy applies only under specific conditions mentioned below:

✔ Eligible for Return or Replacement

• Product received is damaged during transit
• Incorrect product delivered
• Quality issues proven with valid evidence
• Packaging severely tampered at the time of delivery

✔ Conditions for Return Request

• Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
• Clear photos/videos of product and packaging required
• Product should not be used, altered, or processed

❌ Not Eligible for Return

• Change of mind after dispatch
• Delay due to customs or international logistics
• Wrong storage or mishandling by buyer

Once inspected and approved, the replacement or credit note will be processed within 3–7 business days. For export shipments, further verification may be required based on international protocols.
